We are hosting a transformative self-care and holistic healing event.

This intimate, three-hour experience will be led by three practitioners and is designed to offer participants deep relaxation and renewal. The event opens with a grounding sound bath facilitated by Heidi (@eat.drink.zen), infused with Reiki by Cori Stuart (@coristuartholistichealer). This followed by gua sha facial treatments with Kathy Quanne (@quinnessentialskincare). For the mini facial sessions, Kathy will precleanse, cleanse and moisturize your face using her natural, holistic and reiki infused products and finish with a gua sha treatment to give your face a mini facelift and stimulate the energy flow in your face. 

During downtime, guests will be invited to reflect through journaling or explore intuitive insights with oracle decks as well as be welcome to ask questions about grounding, crystals and energy work with Cori and Heidi. 

What is needed: Wear comfortable clothes and bring your yoga mat, a blanket, water bottle and any other item you may want to be comfortable during the sound healing session.  Minimal make up, if any,  would be best.

Parking: there is limited parking available in the lots in front or behind Sanctuary Imports. There is also nearby street parking.
