About Heidi
In 2016, after more than eight years living in Asia, a cross-country move to Los Angeles set everything in motion. The transition was profound — navigating reverse culture shock, a new career chapter, and the first year of an alcohol-free life all at once. Meditation classes became a lifeline, but a restless mind made stillness hard to find — until the first sound bath changed everything. For the first time, the "monkey mind" went quiet. That single experience sparked a healing journey that would become a calling.
By 2019, the path forward was clear. While contemplating a sound healing practitioner certification, a quiet but unmistakable message arrived: "People are going to need healing." That December, there was no way to know just how true that would prove to be.
Today, that practice is grounded in a simple mission: helping others navigate stress, anxiety, and depression with greater ease. What makes this work distinct is the breadth of experience behind it — from luxury spa environments in Southern California to Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments in China and wellness retreats in Goa, India. These experiences shaped a deeply holistic approach, one that honors the whole person and draws from a rich, global well of wisdom. Collaboration is also central to this work; building community with like-minded healers and wellness professionals is just as important as the one-on-one sessions themselves.
The most fulfilling moments come in the stories clients share — how sound healing helped them through addiction recovery, a difficult relationship, or the relentless weight of work stress. Being even a small part of someone's healing journey is the greatest reward this work offers.
Life outside the practice reflects the same values: intentionality, creativity, and a deep respect for the earth. The studio and the garden are equally sacred spaces. Mixed media art and upcycled crafts are a regular practice — a way of transforming overlooked materials into something meaningful, creativity meeting sustainability in every piece. A more recent love of sewing carries that same spirit, with a focus on making and mending rather than consuming. In the vegetable & flower gardens, the work is slow, seasonal, and deeply grounding — growing food, herbs and flowers with care for both body and soil. All of it is done with mindful intention, a thread that runs through the healing work and the handmade life alike.
New offerings are always on the horizon — virtual sessions, collaborative events, and fresh ways to connect with the wellness community. Follow along on Instagram or check back here for what's coming next.
