The Sunday Sound Bath Series is a six-week journey through the chakra system. No experience needed. No meditation practice required. Just you, the sound, and an hour of genuine stillness in one of Charlotte's most beautiful spaces.
Each session has its own theme and energetic focus, building gently from root to crown across the summer. Come for one. Come for all six. Either way, you will leave feeling different than when you arrived.
